Refund Policy

At our dance school, we are committed to delivering high-quality instruction and an exceptional experience for all of our students. However, we understand that sometimes plans change. Below you’ll find our full refund policy for your peace of mind.

1. Class Cancellations

If a class is canceled by the studio due to unforeseen circumstances (such as instructor illness or facility issues), a full refund or credit will be issued for that session.

2. Student-Initiated Cancellations
  • More than 7 days before the start of a course: Full refund available, minus a small processing fee.
  • Within 7 days before the course starts: 50% refund will be issued.
  • After the course has started: No refunds will be provided, but a partial credit may be considered on a case-by-case basis.
3. Missed Classes

Refunds are not provided for missed classes due to personal reasons. However, we offer the option to attend a make-up class (subject to availability) within the same month.

4. Private Sessions & Performance Coaching

Cancellations for private sessions or performance coaching must be made at least 24 hours in advance to be eligible for a refund or rescheduling. No-shows or last-minute cancellations will be charged in full.

5. Refund Process

All approved refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 7–10 business days. If you have not received your refund after this time, please contact our support team at [email protected].
